This program offers non-technical, medically related personal care services to clients whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performaing activities of daily living. Services muct be certified by a physician and are provided by unskilled personnel.

Services Include:

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfer/ambulation, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, escort, shopping, and/or assistance with self administered medications.
